These Terms of Service govern your use of gobabymart.com and any purchase made from GoBabyMart LLC. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country to make a purchase. If you allow a minor to use this website, you are responsible for their activity.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and payment information.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, measurements, prices, and availability accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, and your device display.

Measurements and product details are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise. We may update product information, correct errors, or discontinue products at any time.

Products must be used according to their intended purpose and any instructions or warnings provided. GoBabyMart products are not toys, medical devices, or substitutes for adult supervision.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including:

  • Product or inventory errors

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Payment authorization problems

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Unusually large quantities or suspected unauthorized resale

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, shipping fees, and other applicable charges will be displayed when available before the order is completed.

You authorize GoBabyMart LLC and its payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for your order. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical, administrative, or supplier error, we may cancel the order and provide a refund.

5. Preorders

Products identified as preorders may have delayed or estimated shipping dates. Any estimated availability or shipping date is provided in good faith but is not guaranteed and may change because of manufacturing, transportation, customs, inventory, or carrier delays.

Preorder payment timing will be disclosed during checkout. By placing a preorder, you agree to the displayed payment and estimated-delivery terms.

If we cannot fulfill a preorder, we may cancel it and refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for reasonable delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, government actions, or other events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Items must meet the eligibility requirements stated in that policy. GoBabyMart LLC may refuse a return that is used, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging or components, returned outside the allowed period, or otherwise ineligible.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
