Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.


RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item(s) are received and inspected. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with exchanges.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos to verify the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, and we will cover any applicable return shipping costs.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
