Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as GoBabyMart is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or missing in transit.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an order received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements and process as returns. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with an exchange.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within seven days of delivery. We may request photographs or additional information to verify the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund and cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked as final sale on the product page are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
